I have been noticing in conversations with friends, personal session work with clients, and in my own life – there is a lot of transition going on. Completions and new beginnings are the name of the game right now and transition is the bridge, taking us from the old, forward into new territory.

Not knowing what to believe, questioning the “truth” that we have been taught, as well as disillusionment with relationships, jobs, life, the existing social structures, are some of the common themes. Personally and collectively we are waking up to what is behind the curtain and seeing more about ourselves and the world around us. Many of us are examining our reactions and motivations and gaining new perspective. We are identifying and weeding out old patterns that have kept us down and held us back. We are on the move!

Embedded in this transition are important questions we can ask our self:

  • Where in my life do I need to take significant growth steps?

  • Where can I modify my life to match my choices with my new realizations?

  • What foundations have I been putting into place to support my goals and higher aspirations?

There is a potent opportunity with this Fall's energetic set up to step up and move forward. The invitation is to leave behind old ways of thinking and being and propel our self forward with a deeper self-awareness and sense of personal power.

The times they are a-changin’, as Bob Dylan sang. We are in a time of reassessing what we know and trust. Many are reconsidering what they value and what adds deeper meaning to their life. We are all experiencing it in our own way. Where are you in this transition?

May your bridge of transition be joyful and fruitful,

Deborah
