Change is afoot in the world. We are witnessing dramatic expressions of this as a collective and many of us are having personal experiences of change, or the desire for change, in our own life as well. Old ways of doing things are pushing up against the need to do things differently. This may feel like a rollercoaster ride, which can be exciting but not always comfortable.

This life makeover, at both the macro and micro level, can bring up feelings of confusion, anxiety and uncertainty, right alongside the deep desire to shift from what and where we’ve been and to open to new possibilities.

This year overall has been about completions – clearing and finalizing old patterns. The year has been filled with choice points – the opportunity to continue on a well-worn trajectory that has yet to yield the results desired, or to take the proverbial “bull by the horns” and choose a new way of seeing and doing things.

Clearing the debris of what is now completed is an important step, and allows us to make way for the new to move into our life. Identifying where we have been compromised or where we have compromised our self, and getting aligned with where we choose to head next is the call for us all. It is up to each of us to do this because no one can do it for us.

In the midst of all of this energy of change it is helpful to have tools and support to help navigate the proverbial waters. This Fall is an auspicious and potent time to begin to consciously release old patterns that we have yet to let go of and align ourselves with the next stage of our journey. Please join us for a one day workshop to help you along the way. See details under Workshops: Exploring Your Energetic Boundaries.

Here’s to moving forward with grace and ease,

Deborah
