What's Your Story? (Everybody has one)

Are you listening to your self, and responding to your inner truth or are you run by your life stories and the roles that you play that have become the filter through which you think, feel and respond? If you have stories, you have characters, and if you have characters, you have roles. How do our stories and the roles we play support us, and how might they become obstacles to the full expression of who we want to be?

There are conscious and subconscious narratives or programs flowing through our life every day. These stories, thoughts and beliefs, identify or define us in various ways – I am a successful business person, I am an artist, I am a scientific researcher, I am a spiritual seeker, I am alone, I am too old, too young, too scared; I am a victim, a survivor, a rescuer, and on. Many times these thoughts and beliefs represent repeating patterns and themes in our life.

Becoming familiar with stories that promote particular patterns and themes provides the opportunity to review the stories that may be working against us. When we open to new perspectives and update the filter to our “information feed” we can change the framework from which we view our self and the world around us. This in turn changes our life, allowing us to shift our frame of reference to one that supports the life of our choosing, filled with health, creativity, purpose and joy!

When you look at your story as a framework through which you have been expressing your self:

You begin to understand that the story or program is not you

You expand to a new understanding and point of view

You can shift out of outworn or obsolete perspectives

You open to exploring new territory about who you are without the story

You can choose to change your “story” and shift your trajectory forward with an expanded framework from which to see your self and others

A new expanded perspective of who you are and what you are capable of emerges

Join us as we explore stories and roles with the opportunity to release or re-write what is no longer needed, and open to new choices and possibilities, personally and collectively!

In this workshop you will:

Discover some of the stories you hold at a personal and collective level

Identify a major life theme or story

Recognize the many roles you play

Evaluate and choose what to release and what to keep

Learn how to change thinking and belief patterns that create obstacles

Open to a new way of seeing your self
